Hello and thanks for stopping by! I'm Erin, I live in Denver Colorado with my boyfriend and two cats. I graduated with honors from Ringling college of Art & Design. I love the art of creating. I enjoy painting, drawing, restoring old picture frames and anything that requires me to use my creativity.

 I love photographing the moments that make you not only happy to be alive but make you feel alive. I draw most of my inspiration from my clients. Carefully observing the way you interact with one another helps me paint a clear picture of who you are. I believe the best photos of you are in the moments you‘re unaware of the camera and your guard is down. These are the moments that reveal the essence of you and are the shots I live for.

I can’t say enough about how much joy my career brings me and I want to share that joy with you.  I’ve been fortunate enough to work with couples and families for over 20 years now, which allows me to capture the real you with confidence.

MY PROCESS

You will see me snapping posed portraits, as well as what I call, “inspired candids”, that capture a laugh, pout or other genuine expression. My specialty is encouraging my clients to bring out their personality. I can be quite silly and am unabashed when it comes to collecting the images I imagine. I’ll climb where I need to, and make whatever crazy noise required to inspire a smile.  All my photo shoots are taken outdoors and use natural lighting and backgrounds. I have a selection of locations around Denver I use for a variety of looks from urban to landscape. I occasionally shoot outside the Denver Metro area for an additional charge.

ART DIRECTION

Making you comfortable with your photograph being taken sometimes requires direction. I’ve studied modeling, and all the tricks that models use to get the most complimentary angle. I will give you as much direction as you need or want. I consider my photo sessions a collaboration, between me as the artist and you as the client. Always feel free to let me know your vision or any ideas you have for your photographs. I get amazing images this way! 

THE FINAL PRODUCT

When you receive your images, you will have a mix of color and black and white photographs. Clients sometimes tell me that I bring them to tears after receiving their photos. That is the best compliment ever.
