My name is Erin, I‘m a Denver based portrait photographer. I specialize in prompt-based posing and documentary style photography. I have a dance background so I speak the language. When I'm photographing dancers, I strive to do more than just freeze a moment in time; I aim to convey the emotion, passion, and sheer joy that radiate from their bodies as they express themselves through movement. I position myself carefully, seeking the perfect angle and composition that will accentuate the dancer's lines and showcase their skill.
The collaboration between me and the dancers is electric. This connection allows me to capture those fleeting moments of vulnerability, strength, and pure artistry.
Whether it's a prima ballerina gracefully soaring through the air or a young dancer just starting on pointe, I aim to capture the essence of each dancer's individuality.
